Sometimes you already know your bride & groom – sometimes they hire you in person – and sometimes, you don’t meet them at all until their engagement session!

This is what happened with Amanda & Chris and I. They booked me online and through scheduling, were only really able to get together for the session – which was totally awesome! I drove to Chestertown, MD to meet them for some family pictures (well, them plus their pup, cat & chickens!) and then made our way to Wye Mills, MD near Chesapeake College to finish out the session.

I loved how easy it was meeting them and chatting with them and it really made me THAT much more excited for the wedding! The weather was perfect, the sun gave a performance nothing short of gorgeous and the season had painted the trees the perfect shade of Autumn.

Can’t wait for the wedding!!
