Sometimes I’m not sure it’s fair to call what I do “work”. I went to grade school with Leanna, we played volleyball together and even attended University of Maryland-College Park at the same time. Though we haven’t seen each other much since college, it’s fair to say it doesn’t feel like that much time has passed. So when her and Gino asked me to photograph their wedding, I really just felt like I was an old friend along for the ride. And that was a great feeling!

The day was really low stress and went off without a hitch. And you’d think, since I get to see beautiful brides all the time, I’d get used to being in the presence of such beautiful women, but this time my jaw dropped. I’m not sure it’s because I’ve known her for so long or because she was just THAT stinkin’ gorgeous, but I was floored. She was absolutely glowing and was as beautiful as ever. The whole day was perfect and to say I was honored to be there, would be an understatement.
